Supplement help needed

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some input on which

supplements would be best to use.

Last time I did the challenge (over a year ago) I used Betagen,

Myoplex lite shakes, and flax seed oil

(don't remember how much I should use of the oil).

I have some Myo lites and a box of regular Myoplex now, but that's

all I have to get started with. Should I get the Betagen and oil

again or are they a waste of money right now? What would be the

best decision on supplements right now to use for my 1st challenge?
