Well, I promised I would post to make myself accountable. I haven't

been perfect, but I've sure been better than I have been in the past

few months.

My workouts have been great. My meals were mostly good. But last

night, I worked at the restaurant (I'm a teacher supplementing my

income) and I lost or forgot my protein shake since I don't get a

break to eat (it's only from 5-10). I ate at 4:30, and that was my

4th meal. That protein shake was in or near my purse when I left; I

don't know what I could have done with it. Anyway, I was starving

when I got off work and ate some leftover Christmas food. I also had

a cosmopolitan at the restaurant (I get free drinks there). So much

for laying off the alcohol.

But hey, I already feel lighter and cleaner after a couple days of

eating better. I'm more motivated already. I remember when I did

this before how good I felt when I finally did eat really clean.
