I have managed to keep the weight off that I lost during my BFL challenge (Jan-March 2002). Planning to start a new challenge in January. I have some Myoplex Lite shakes that I want to sell. I only used one package. Therefore, I have 19 to sell. If you are interested, drop me a line.
