Guest guest
Hi all My mother in law was here last week to help out while we settled in with Lily and she brought some biscuits with her. She shared the recipe- now bear in mind I tried these BEFORE she told me what was in them. You just have to make a batch of these and taste them-they are AWESOME!!!!!!! And brilliant because there is no egg or flour in them!! Bad for the people who have nut allergies tho .......... Aussie cups size is 250ml 2 cups (150g) shredded coconut 1 cup crushed chips (crisps) (We have used plain, but I am gonna try BBQ next week) 1 tin condensed milk ( our tins are 395g) 1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter ( we use super crunchy) mix well place teaspoonful onto tray - can place pretty close together as they don't spread. bake in a moderate oven for about 10 mins if you like your bikkies harder , bake for a lil bit longer till golden on top........ Then try not to eat the whole lot!!! They are HUGE favs here We even baked some for BJ teacher- as she has a gluten allergy- and she loves them too!!!! -- Aussie Leis- mum to , Natasha, and Liliana A woman knows she's wearing the right dress, when her man wants to take it off.
