Guest guest
What are your goals and expectations for the next 12 weeks? I don't know if mine are realistic and I'd like to compare them with everyone else. I'd like to lose 40 pounds, and 5 inches from my bust, waist, and hips, and to increase my poundage for bicep curls by 15 pounds.
Guest guest
My goals are small, because from experience I work better with smaller goals. I'd like to lose 10 pounds or fit into a size 4, whichever comes first (with BFL you can't trust the scale - but Im a scale addict!), get to about 17% bodyfat, curl 30 pounds, run a mile and not feel like I'm going to pass out(I'm terrible with stamina - dancing trained me wrong!), and most importantly - FEEL TWICE AS FANTASTIC AS I LOOK ~*Doni*~
Guest guest
My 12 week goals are to lose 20 pounds of fat, to go from a size 18 to a loose 16 or even a 14 (if possible), to only eat unauthorized foods on Free days, not miss ANY workouts, and to be able to run the full 20 mins of the Aerobic Solution (which I can probably only run 2 mins now...AT MOST! Guest guest
Hello Everyone! I am starting the challenge this sunday. I did a similiar program a few years ago and lost 15 pounds but stopped when people started making thier comments about losing to much weight. I am 5'6 and weighed 145 pounds I now weigh 162 pounds and really want to get back down to 145. I think I can do it, I know I can ) That is my goal, to lose 17 pounds and take my waist from a 31 to a 27. Good luck everyone - I really enjoy reading everyones posts. It keeps me motivated. Drink plenty of water 5. Take my vitamins 6. Eat sensibly and try to curb my carbs (a real problem for me) 7. Guest guest
My main goal is to do a PERFECT challenge; no more cheating or " free " weends. I want to get all of my meals in each and every day. I believe that if I do that, my other goal (losing 20 pounds of fat) will happen. I also want to run 3 miles in 20 minutes (I used to run track in h.s. and college; my best time was 17:58). Dani
Guest guest
That is great! Don't worry about people and their negative comments, a lot of times it means they are jealous or uncomfortable with you changing. When I was pregnant with my first child, you don't know how many stupid comments I heard from co workers about not gaining enough weight, your child will be so small, you should gain more. Well I gave birth to an 8 pound 21 inches long girl and was very healthy indeed. And you know what I learned then? People will make all types of comments if they are jealous or any other reason they have and you will just have to ignore it and move on & do your thing. Whenever I hear comments like that now I just smile and walk away. DON'T LISTEN TO NEGATIVE PEOPLE Believe me, if deep down you know you can do it then by all means go for it. Guest guest
You can do it and I believe that you will end up losing more then you think you can. It's all about having some faith in yourself.
