Guest guest Posted December 16, 2002 Report Share Posted December 16, 2002 Hi Joy: Me too! I was up at 5:00 a.m. and doing my first UBW. I actually think I am not going to count this week since I am just reving up...but who knows. I actually did a few of the routines with no weight to begin with just to make sure I got it right. Then I used really whimpy weights (1 and 2 pound dumbells) so I wouldn't over do it. By next week, I hope to be using some real weights. Tomorrow is my first cardio. It felt really good to be back in my new weight room. Eating has gone good so far today too. I am trying to keep two of my meals as high protein snacks... to keep the carbs down a bit. I found that the last time I did BFL my body responded best to a slight decrease in carbs. Not too much though because I do need carbs for energy.
