Okay Ladies.. I am so excited to DO THIS!

I just got my BFL jounal in the mail (right AFTER i did my first

day) The free weight 'pit' was full of muscle head men and honestly

i was a bit intimidated so I stuck to the machines. I think i did

something wrong though because by the end of my 3rd or 4th set i

could not lift another OUNCE! When i was done (it took me 50

minutes) my arms were almost shaking... I gradually increased my

weights each set and the fact that i couldnt complete them made me

wonder if maybe i should start even lighter BUT my first set felt

barely like i was lifting anything.

Example:

Biceps: 12 reps 15 lbs (felt like barely working)

10 reps 18.5 lbs (harder)

8 reps 25 lbs (hard) could barely do more

6 reps 25 lbs (couldnt lift another ounce)

So... what should i do? I know it will take a few sessions to figure

this out but hopefully with input you gals can help me :)

Also... meals. I basically sucked at planning ahead. My little guy

slept in late and then i didnt eat cause i read it burns fat 300

times faster if you workout on empty stomach and then not for 1 hour

after.. by the time i was able to eat it was 11 and i was starved! I

ate pasta!yikes! and some cottage cheese and pickles. But i'm a

carb junkie and have been having hard time not craving those

pretzles. :)

Any advice? Is there good mealplans posted (Easy ones..) outside of

the book?
