New Year, New attitude

Okay y'all here I am again. I'm starting January 6th on my 2nd

challenge, this time my husband is with me on the journey! I lost 3%

bodyfat last go around, which I've probably gained back from the

holidays! Anyway, I took a long break from BFL and working out. 2002

is *happily* ushered away out of the building by me, it wasn't a

great year. The best thing that came out of it was finding BFL and

this board. However, I got addicted. Like the fudge brownies out of

the stove, I was on this board ALL DAY LONG!!! That certainly says

good things about the board, but bad about my own lifestyle! YIKES!

So my self-promise is to check it ONCE A DAY! yes indeedy. But you

guys keep on being the wonderful women you are and I will keep

checking in with my progress.

If anyone is interested, here are my goals for BFLC2!

1. Get down to 15% bodyfat.

2. Wear a size 6

3. Be confident about my body.

4. Run a 5k.

5. Have confidence in my own knowledge of weightlifting and

nutrition.

Okay! Have a great, awesome, fantastic year and good luck to

everyone!!!!
