And if that is what happened, I got no treatment! Next I guess the Endo was thinking of other Adrenal problems. So they did blood tests for androgen excess. But that also was extremely low. That test was for DHEA, testosterone free and bound. When that was low, all tests were stopped. Although the Endo in the hospital (2000) wrote she was thinking of trying spironolactone. It never happened. The next year, my regular Endo did blood work. Of course they told me nothing but I recall them in a huddle about how low my values were. All results were extremely low.
