Guest guest
whats everyone's opinion on using Kraft Sundried tomatoe dressing on salad? I only use 1 tablespoon and then use fat free italian if I need it. I just love the spices in it. It's made with Canola, soybean and olive oil too. Here is the break down... 1 Tablespoon= 30 calories 2.5 fat 2 carb 1.5 sugar 0 cholesteral It seems so low in everything to me - but looking for some opinions. This stuff tastes great to me and makes a plain salad very satisfying.
Guest guest
I've always used low-fat and light salad dressings, I do make a flax oil dressing and use it often, but I still like my lowfat ranch. I honestly don't think it's held me back, and it has a lot more fat and sugar than yours. Just don't go overboard, and I'd say you're fine. Guest guest
I think that the most important thing to keep in mind when eating salad dressing is to use as little as possible--2 teaspoons or so. I find it is easier to " stab and dip " than to pour it over. I either make my own using only about 1 teaspoon of safflower oil (pus balasamic vinegar and dijon mustard) or I buy a low fat one with as little sugar as possible and use it very sparingly. > > whats everyone's opinion on using Kraft Sundried tomatoe dressing > on > > salad?
