Hi !

I would say that for your first challenge, use the Myoplex/Myoplex

Lite stuff (or any other meal replacement you like) and the flax and

hold off for awhile on buying the Betagen. Betagen is creatine, and

really isn't necessary for a first challenge, in my opinion, there's

always time later on after you've gotten close to where you want to

be to start experimenting with creatine.

Flax oil is great, and you should definitely use it if you wish. I

take 1T of it a day, spread out in 1 teaspoon increments three times

per day. I think most people here use about 1T, although you will

hear of others using more.

HTH,

I have been using flax seed oil also. Why is it good. Does it help to

lose weight, or is it because it contains the essential fatty acids?

Look at the post: Flaxseed oil help - Penny posted by Skwigg. It's

very informative. I had the same question. :)
