Re: Camp Pam Brown - Quite Expensive

I did a month of CPB in the fall of 2001. I only paid $100 for four

weeks, I don't think she's offering 4 week packages any longer

though. Pam's programs are completely customized, you tell her what

you want, she'll tell you how to get there. So, one person's

experience isn't necessarily representative of everyone's. I had good

results (I lost six pounds, a couple inches here and there), there's

not too incredibly much that happens in 4 weeks on any program,

though. My mealplans were a tad bit lower calorie than I could

handle, though, but like I said, that was just my experience, and Pam

was very helpful in changing things around when I asked her to. What

I got was 4 weekly meal plans, recipes and a grocery list, a workout,

unlimited questions answered (she's really good about this), and

motivational emails (every few days). I think there is a CPB forum on

Lean and Strong, but it's password protected, so only the people

doing the program at the time are allowed in. Unless she's added

things, supplements were not included.

Pam is a wonderful motivator and excellent role model. She has lots

of great ideas for staying on track and breaking out of your comfort

zone.
