Guest guest
Hard to tell what is due to changing drugs or diet. Work with your team to see which it is. Any disease that can be treated by diet should be treated by no other means. May your pressure be low! C.E. Guest guest
It is clear that you can get your lipids to goal with what you are doing now. The next step is to see how much of this is due to your succesful diet-my guess is a lot if not most. Most Drs dont know how many people can control their lipid problems by diet alone and have had bad luck in the past so just dont stress diet. May your pressure be low! C.E. Guest guest
You seem to be taking an awful lot of drugs for cholesterol and triglycerides, about 5 altogether. Also, I tried cardura 3 times and every time, it raised my BP. The last time I tried it, I made myself stay on it for 3 days and every day, my bp went higher. When I stopped it, my bp went down. I wonder how many of those drugs are helping you. Guest guest
I'd suggest going to the gym three times a week, and swimming three alternate days. On the seventh day, rest.
