It is clear that you can get your lipids to goal with what you are doing now. The next step is to see how much of this is due to your succesful diet-my guess is a lot if not most.

Most Drs dont know how many people can control their lipid problems by diet alone and have had bad luck in the past so just dont stress diet.

May your pressure be low!

You seem to be taking an awful lot of drugs for cholesterol and

triglycerides, about 5 altogether. Also, I tried cardura 3 times and

every time, it raised my BP. The last time I tried it, I made myself

stay on it for 3 days and every day, my bp went higher. When I

stopped it, my bp went down. I wonder how many of those drugs are

helping you.

Are you exercising? If so whats your routine?

Are you following any nutritional guidelines? If so can you describe what is your normal daily diet like other than low salt.

I'd suggest going to the gym three times a week, and swimming three

alternate days. On the seventh day, rest.

Eat less calories and/or exercise more always works but is not easy. I have had my best luck with Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating but not cheap (lost 60 lbs).
