Guest guest
Dr. Grim, Up to February this year, I was getting near perfect bps at 120s-130s/75-85s. I was mainly at home during this time as I was unemployed. Last March, I accepted a job offer and moved to Manila, Philippines. I had a hard time adjusting to my new job as I have been jobless for almost 7 years but I know I am a quick learner and can handle such challenges. The one thing that really bothers me now is that my bp went up. During the pre-employment medical exam, I was reading 140/100. Now into my third week on the job, the company nurse reads 150/100 at the company clinic. I have maintained my long term regimen consisting of Spiro 50mg bid, Furosemides 40mg bid adn Lacidipine 6mg once a day. I understand that stresses on the new job could not be the main reason for this rise in bp. I am suspecting the shift in my food intake from home prepared special lo-salt diet of fresh fish and veges to big city fried fastfood or ready-to-eat canned tuna. I am desperately looking for a better accomodation where I have control of my food. At the office, I have no access to . I am back home for the holidays at this time. My ofis email is abelardo.tubat@... Regards to all.
