What type of hypotension is this ... 85-43-42

I get this type of BP drop, just sometimes. I am curious about the low heart rate. I feel totally normal when this happens. I spike/drop, drop/spike. I know why this is happening.

Two minutes later I was 230/161/88. Just my hyperreflexia.

Yep. Have you ever tried listening to your BP just to be certain that the automatic device is not giving you an accurate reading. Which device are you using?

As you know I prefer the ones you listen to.
