Well, my first LBW (with whimpy weights, no less!) and I am definitely

feeling it--and my abs too! I remember that this was the most painful

part of starting the Challenge last time.

As people used to say on this board...pain is weakness leaving the

body! I can't believe what bad shape I am in. But, as I remember,

gains come quickly at the beginning.

Have a " Challenging " day.

Congrats on a great workout. I remember at the start of my first

challenge I literally could only climb stairs by pulling most my

weight on the railing!! And don't worry about the wimpy wieghts, the

fun will come six months from now when you are looking at your

workout sheets and seeing how far you've come!
