Guest guest
My son, the college scientist is home from school and I am attempting to teach him a few basic cooking skills. This is very difficult because he wants to measure everything precisely and while I might bake that way but I definitely don't cook that way. Anyway, his recipe required grated apples. After he said it was okay not to peel them I quartered them and took out the seeds, put water in the container and used speed 3 to " grate " or finely chop the apples. I put the apples through a strainer and then took a paper towel to push out any extra water. I was so proud of myself that he didn't have mush. I am getting better at all of this.
