Guest guest
Yikes: People pay money for Aloe Vera? As I look out my office window I see 800 pounds of it growing. We use it as a ground cover in California... Across our stream and down the path is half a hillside of aloe vera... We weed out the Cleavers for tea - which we use far more than the aloe. I thought aloe vera was for burns - we just tear off a hunk and rub it on sunburned skin. That hunk weighs probably five ounces, of which we use a tablespoon full, then toss the rest. By the measure above we just tossed two hundred bucks on the ground? Good Grief! Guest guest
Tim, Calm down boy, before you have a fit! It ain't so, Joe! It takes a lot of aloe " inner leaf " scraping once freeze-dried, to make an ounce of this powder. jim Tim Bolen wrote: > From: Tim Bolen <jurimed@...> > > Yikes: > > People pay money for Aloe Vera? Guest guest
Edith, No, it does not mean that. It means that Ambrotose is not the right thing to take for this purpose. The Aloe Essence is the pure aloe " inner leaf " scraping that has been freeze-dried. Then, taking 5 tsp a day for 5 days has had amazing results in alkalinizing people who were acid. The lady at Aloe Essence said that 1/2 tsp a day is for maintenance. That is why I bought 8 oz. The first 4 oz is the 5-day protocol & the rest is to stay alkaline long enough to see what it can do for me. jim Es9525@... wrote: > Mannatech's literature states that Ambrotose is only 6% aloe vera. > Aloe Essence is 100% aloe vera. > I wonder what the other stuff in it is?? Guest guest
Debbie, I doubt 5 days of anything will cure anything. ;-) All this does is get you alkaline, as you are supposed to be. But that will accomplish nothing if you don't stay alkaline. It is just a fast way to get there. I want to do it so I can find out how much of what is wrong with me is Ph related. I also expect a massive killoff of pathogens that can't survive the Ph change. So... a LOT of water is in order. jim Debbie Mc wrote: > From: Debbie Mc <lullwatr@...> > > Me too WOW, what are you treating. Would five days of this cure leaky > gut? This world was created with absolutly no price tags placed on anything by the original manufacturer. Designed as a self healing, self repairing, self sustaining planet where everyone can live, that's all the species, and all we could ever need will grow right out of the earth. Never was any pay to play tag on anything until the first club was invented. Mother Earth is the only provider. No one else. Nothing manmade is from scratch, it all comes from nature and then we put our price tags on what we mix or distill or cook up out of natures store-house. How can we help each other out of the advertised confusion and ill health that we are all in, I think that's what keeps us coming back to oxylist. Guest guest
Hello Del, I find it curious to observe nature...Life and not see the " obvious " for me anyway. The Life process demands payment, all struggles to (survive/enjoy) requires effort and reward. It is called education with the price of time and effort to observe and research.... as time and energy are the price tags. The price tag varies depending on the buyers/investers attitude and fun/serious attitude about the product to be invested in. In American Dollars this is called " Green Energy " . The word " Karma " or to " Reap What you Sew " Sew being effort (Price Tag). And Karma is Past (Price Tags) Deeds, Good or Bad, life demanding payment. And there are Charitable Souls (Jesus, Buddha, Krishna) that have made Sacrifices to share their Spritual Bounty with others less fortunate. So Yes Virgina... There is a " Price Tag " and God's Store (Life, Nature, Creation) Thank God .... if that phrase is acceptable... Is always open for business.... with many bargains... with many different price tage. No going out of business here. More Thoughts than I had intended to share. Here the initials stand for Generator, Operator, Destroyer. The original manufacturer. All, that is all price tags relative to money are man/women made constructs. If we need from nature, nature provides. No " green dollar " price tags. Yes, if you or anyone wants to take another breath we will have to give up the one we are hanging onto. No dollars involved, just letting go of the " greed " that makes you hang onto that which is given freely for us to partake. Karma, a definition: To let go of what you are hung-up on and embrace that which is giving you life. Emphasis on giving. Life is not a dream or a mental construct. Health is not something that only the wealthy can have, it is available to all. Money is no gaurantee that someone can get the health back that they " traded " for some valueless trinket in the headlong race into advertised fast-lane dis-ease. Look at the word from conventional " medicine " , disease: I use the word(s) dis-ease, the absence of ease, a shortening of easy. This is not an accident. There are no accidents. I want to share what I have with all my relatives, that's all the " other " people, bugs, frogs, mycoplasmas, cochroaches, polititions, lizards, all the other inhabitants of spaceship planet Earth. We get by with a little help from our friends. Jim, I want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for all the bits and pieces of good help in this search for health that we on this list, in this world, are on that you have provided me with no price tag but my ability to pay attention. And every one else that is contributing to this oxyplus list. , thanks. I will return in kind. Del Snow
