Guest guest
One of my favorite sauces. The Vitamix makes this a snap to make. I don't even strain it anymore since the VM take care of the seeds in the raspberries. Favorite Chipotle Raspberry Sauce Ingredients 1 small box Raspberries -- or unsweetend frozen 2 tablespoons Sugar 1/4 cup Port 1 whole Chipotle in Adobo -- one pepper not can Instructions Cook until sugar is melted. Add chipotle chili. Puree in blender. Strain through a fine mesh. Delicious with Zuni Rolls. Recipe Notes The sauce is great on grilled salmon or pork tenderloin ... it's even good as a dipping I cold Roast chicken. Wrap the salmon in butter lettuce and dip into the chipotle raspberry sauce. Guest guest
You don't need to cook this on the stove--just dump everything in the Vitamix and process on HIGH until it's hot and thick enough. -----Original Message----- From: Terry Pogue <tpogue@...> One of my favorite sauces.
