Guest guest
Just wanted to let everyone know I found a great prop up activity mat at Target for 19.99. It has 2 rattles, a teether, and extra links for your own toys. they are attached at the head to get their attention to raise their heads. McKenna doesn't mind being on her tummy as much. She even fell asleep last night on it on her tummy with her head turned to the right (her tort side). Yea! Guest guest
One more thing about a play mat. Someone on the tort group mentioned a play mat that was on clearance at Wal-Mart for $5.00. If you could find it, this would be great for a cheap price. (mother to McKenna and Riley)
Guest guest
, The only thing I can think of is to get her onto that tummy and then start distracting her like crazy. Maybe find one of those quilt things that have activities on them that would be distracting. I think it is great that you are trying - I know that can't be easy! Guest guest
Thanks Marci. I'll give the quilt a try. We do have one that was always pretty interesting to her. Hopefully it'll distract her for at least a few minutes. Thanks, > , > > The only thing I can think of is to get her onto that tummy and then start > distracting her like crazy. Guest guest
, Have you tried a mirror underneath her? The only thing I can think of would be to get on the floor with her and put a mirror down or something that you can both look at- maybe if you stay on your tummy she will too? Good luck! I know its hard always having to pull tricks out of your sleeve! ' Mom
