Guest guest
Hello,my wife and i went to our second appeal hearing today with the hope that with a face to face meeting it would be easier to convince " coventry " our ins.co.that tuckers doc band should be covered under our policy. We soon learned that the bottom line was that in their opinion tuckers head was not considered to be " abnormal " and that there were no studies to show he would have any functional impearments do to his positional plagiocephaly.im am looking for anything that would define " normal " and explain why his head is not considered normal.Or a study that could show his likelyhood of having a functional impearment -eye,jaw,ear problems.the most recent study i have found is from begining of 2000.also do u no what 12 states have past legislature mandating ins. co. pay for treatment.I read that somewhere.thx for your help. Guest guest
Hello! Check out the Help folder in the Files Section. Someone posted their appeal info for Coventry. I can't really help you out with the other info. I know Ohio isn't one of those 12 states! Check in the files section and www.cranialtech.com.
