Guest guest
The rule of thumb for Vitamix Ice Cream is always 3 cups of frozen to one cup of non frozen. I would mix up this recipe as stated and freeze into ice cubes, then expand this recipe to include an extra cup of Greek Yogurt (unfrozen) and an appropriate proportion of additional sweetener (looks like they suggest 1/4 cup of sugar to every cup of yogurt) and extra Vanilla if you think it is necessary. So you would put the 1 cup of unfrozen Greek yogurt with the 1/4 cup of sugar into the container, then add the 3 cups of frozen and blend on high, using your tamper until the 4 "pillows" form! Guest guest
You could also freeze the mixture into cubes and just add a cup or so of whole milk, plain yogurt (not as thick), or kefir to the container (also adjusting the sweetener) to be able to blend everything. -----Original Message----- From: Lea Ann Savage <lsavage@...> The rule of thumb for Vitamix Ice Cream is always 3 cups of frozen to one cup of non frozen.
