Guest guest
I love the name! What is the 4 agreements about??? Thanks for the motivation, I hate that my whole wardrobe doesnt fit anymore! ----Original Message Follows---- From: cynthiatbrooks@... Reply-bodyforlifeegroups bodyforlifeegroups Subject: appreciation Date: Wed, 27 Dec 2000 11:52:40 EST [unable to display image]to all of you who have given of yourself tirelessly thru this site (Nic, Kit, Taz, Z, etc etc ) for so long, lots of you for over a year now, (oh wait, how could I not mention Sarge and Walt??), I humbly say thanks. Cant believe another Challenge yr is starting! Those of you new to the BFL family, what a year you are going to have!! I like to tell myself, " Begin with the end in mind. " , and I pass that saying on to you just getting started. When you get frustrated looking in the mirror wondering if you'll ever see the results from your lifestyle change, be patient, and just begin with the end in mind. What you will look and feel like in 12 weeks, not next week. And then in another twelve weeks after that!! Has everyone crossed the Abyss? You have to totally know you deserve this! Not for your spouse, or girlfriend, etc., but truly for YOU! OK, I'll stop now. Did anyone receive the book The Four Agreements for Christmas? I recommend it highly. Guest guest
I would like to thank you for letting me know that my Vitamix is ok with the container moving a bit. I was worried that I had broken it. Also, I wanted to let you know that my son had oral surgery on Thursday and my Vitamix has been invaluable to me the last several days. I have made a lot of soups, and smoothies, and ice cream for him. He even went through the cookbook and told me what he wants me to make. I made banana ice cream for him last night and he was in heaven. The machine is definitely getting its workout this weekend. I did try the broccoli soup and I think it needs something more added to it. I am still working with it. Thanx again for your support and the information. And I added your link to Amazon on my tool bar. I was going to place an order last night, lucky I read this email this morning. Guest guest
You can also blend fast food if he is going to be doing soup for a while. My son spent 6 weeks with his jaw wired shut and the Vitamix was how I got him out of the hospital as I could blend up KFC or a burrito which he would eat and liked better than mashed potatoes and gravy the hospital was trying to feed him. Guest guest
Lots of fun having your jaw wired shut (10½ weeks when I had oral surgery). ( I kept dreaming that I was chewing caramels, despite not liking them very much. -----Original Message----- From: thomas long <tlong@...> You can also blend fast food if he is going to be doing soup for a while.
