[unable to display image]to all of you who have given of yourself tirelessly

thru this site (Nic, Kit, Taz, Z, etc etc :) ) for so long, lots of you for

over a year now, (oh wait, how could I not mention Sarge and Walt??), I

humbly say thanks. Cant believe another Challenge yr is starting! Those of

you new to the BFL family, what a year you are going to have!! I like to

tell myself, " Begin with the end in mind. " , and I pass that saying on to you

just getting started. When you get frustrated looking in the mirror

wondering if you'll ever see the results from your lifestyle change, be

patient, and just begin with the end in mind. What you will look and feel

like in 12 weeks, not next week. And then in another twelve weeks after

that!! Has everyone crossed the Abyss? You have to totally know you

deserve

this! Not for your spouse, or girlfriend, etc., but truly for YOU!

OK, I'll stop now. Did anyone receive the book The Four Agreements for

Christmas? I recommend it highly. Cyn

You are a doll. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with

you my transformation and all that I've learned through this program.

You were there for me during my challenges too. And you continue to

be here in this group while I coach.

THANKS CHAMP!!!

Thank you ....very sweet of you and I send my humble thanks out to

you as well...smile...I will go into the new year with your

saying.....begin with the end in mind......yeperoni.....I'm liking

it.....smile....I'm gonna wake up each day and say.... " Karren....begin with

the end in mind " ...or maybe I'll say Z...or Coco....shoot....I've got so

many nicknames....I'm liable to .....anyway that's not important....and I am

sooooo pooped....I've got to get to bed....smile....all you mommies and

daddies might appreciate the following...

seems my 3.5 year old is having a mega problem with bubble bath, and can't

pee without it burning and hurting like crazy.....poor thing...so being the

wonderful mommy that I am.....I actually had to get into the tub with her in

warm water, while she cried and peed...smile....the things we

parents/guardians will do for our children.....smile.....it brings back

memories of peeing, with my sisters, in the vents, in our rooms, and then,

jumping, and stepping in it...gross or what....smile....had to

share....smile.....in our defense.....we were young....alright

already....enough with the memories...smile....heehheehe ;we also used to

throw water into the back of the TV....heheheheh....and yet the TV always

worked........smile......and then there were the times we threw milk bottles

down the stairs in our apartment building( and I'm talking everybody on a

floors milk)......back then, milk used to get delivered to the

door......hehehehehehehehheeh memories....like the corners of my

mind.....Barbara Streisand (spelling) and I'm outahere...........Crazy.....I

mean...smile....Z

I would like to thank you

for letting me know that my Vitamix is ok with the container

moving a bit. I was worried that I had broken it.

Also, I wanted to let you know that my son had oral surgery on

Thursday and my Vitamix has been invaluable to me the last

several days. I have made a lot of soups, and smoothies, and

ice cream for him. He even went through the cookbook and told

me what he wants me to make. I made banana ice cream for him

last night and he was in heaven.

The machine is definitely getting its workout this weekend. I

did try the broccoli soup and I think it needs something more

added to it. I am still working with it.

Thanx again for your support and the information.

And I added your link to Amazon on my tool bar. I was going to

place an order last night, lucky I read this email this morning.

You can also blend fast food if he is going to be doing soup for a while. My son spent 6 weeks with his jaw wired shut and the Vitamix was how I got him out of the hospital as I could blend up KFC or a burrito which he would eat and liked better than mashed potatoes and gravy the hospital was trying to feed him. Lots of fun having your jaw wired shut (10½ weeks when I had oral surgery). :(( I kept dreaming that I was chewing caramels, despite not liking them very much.
