Guest guest
Hello, Whenever I've been asked about a good protein powder I've always sent the link to the one I use which is EXPENSIVE (but is much more than JUST a protein powder) http://www.xymogen.com/2008/formula.asp?code=000276 While I was on vacation, I ran out of my usual protein powder, and found a good substitute at my parent's local health food store: http://www.natureslife.com/product/Protein-Healthy-Veg™-Protein/id/241 What I don't like about soy is that so many people can't use it (me included) due to estrogen or thyroid or GMO concerns. What I don't like about whey is that it is " foamy " and my body reacts poorly to it. I love the sources of protein for the Healthy-Veg… pea, rice, hemp, and chia! It tastes pretty good too! I will still take the Xymogen Opti-Cleanse because I need to support my liver in order to detox mercury - but I'll mix in the Healthy-Veg now and then to save $ and switch things up a bit! Hope this info. is helpful to someone!
