Guest guest
Hi ....I sent an email with what I`m trying to do and my sensitivities at 5:34 p.m. At the end of the email I listed what I can eat. If you didn`t get it, let me know and I can send it privately. There were two other lists. Foods I that are moderate (I can have them every 4 days) and foods I should avoid. But for now I am supposed to avoid all of them so I didn`t put them on the list...if you want me to send them, I can do that. You`re right...it`s daunting (to say the least) Since I haven`t eaten a lot of vegetables when I see something that sounds reasonable...most times it doesn`t fit into my sensitivities or the food combining or the blood sugar. I`m sure with some help from people that have some experience it will eventually sort itself out. Kathleen Re: Intro and Seriously need help Hello, Kathleen-welcome! I have extensive food allergies, so can probably help you come up with ideas. I hope your nutritionist has stressed the importance of ORGANIC produce only? With allergies and sensitivities, it is imperative that you go organic, since most pesticides and sprays contain the very ingredients causing issues. It is also important to know that many fruits and veggies contain naturally occurring allergens, such as amines and salycilates, so not every veggie is " good " if you have issues-I am very limited in the fruits and veggies I can eat. Let me know what your sensitivities are and I will try to help from there.
