Has anybody heard of someone having Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome without actually having anything to be post traumatically stressed about? I ask because I was online yesterday (big shocker there) and the only profile my anxiety attacks follow is that one (I wonder if I have Gulf War Syndrome too?). :)

Jill,

Wouldn't raising twins qualify as traumatic? ;o) Are you having a

lot of these panic attacks? I remember reading somewhere before that

some of the most stressful things in life are marriage/divorce, a new

baby or job, and moving. These are things that can cause the most

upheaval in life. And since you did just move for, what the third

time in one year, I wouldn't be surprised if it was PTSS. Definitley

bring it up to your doctor.
