Hi All

I just posted my Challenge 2 photos in ablum " YSnyman " .

I did'nt do to bad. My legs are finally starting to show some change,

but still not as much as I have hoped for. Also, I badly need to work

on my calves. Bad genetics there, I think. Any suggestions?

I lost 44lbs. I now weigh 163lbs from 207lbs. I'm 5'8 - so I still

have a way to go. My bodyfat is down from 35% to 25.6%. I would like

to be somewhere between 18 and 20%. Hopefully that will happen in C3!

Thank you all for your support. Although I don't write much, I

religiously read the board every day!

Yvette,

You look great! I can see a real change in your upper abs especially

and your upper body is much more defined and toned. You've just

shrank all over. Nice job!!

hi Yvette!

You have made a tremendous chnage to your physique! Great stuff, love

the way your stomach is getting the flat look, those abs arre just

around the corner. ITs like you can fit three of you into the one you

once was! Amazing results. **S

Yvette!!!

I want you to know that the progress on your midsection is SO

incredible that I was sure that the picture must have been stretched!

But the picture is obviously not distorted, so it's for real!! My

chin is on the ground!! For most of us, our belly fat is the last to

go, but NOT for you. Congrats on GREAT progress. Oh, and look at

all the new defining lines on the back view that were hidden before:)

Great job Yvette!! Your abs are amazing!! Congrats too on being the

new Poster Girl. You deserve it. Here is wishing you another 12

weeks of amazing transformation.
