BUT she is only 6 months old. So now I am scared of what is to come!!! I just assumed all girls would love to shop and Grace
Guest guest
She's not going shopping for a while, that's for sure! Bed time is the worst. It takes a good hour to get her to bed. Kendra: Is Hanna being a bit difficult in stores too?? Oh boy, Abby has seen her last store with me for quite some time!!!! My sister who babysits her on Thursdays has always taken her & her own 3 yr old to the mall to mall walk & to play in the play area they have. I've warned my sister that I don't take Abby to the mall with me - I haven't since last summer. For some strange reason, every store I push her into, she flips out!!!! She screams & thrashes in her stroller so bad for NO good reason, it's EVERY store, doesn't matter which one. Let's not forget about the dreaded elevator, she developed a fear of elevators way back when we had her in her STARband 1.5 yrs ago & it's only gotten worse! After yesterday's trip to the mall with Abby, my sister vows to NEVER take her there again with her! LOL, and dear sister thought it was me over- reacting! HA. My sister always says " Abs is always perfect for Auntie Lori " .....she didn't say that yesterday...haha Also since her birthday grocery store fit 4 wks ago today, I haven't taken her there with me either & have no immediate plans to. I do my grocery shopping on my lunch break when I work! Life is much easier that way. Debbie Abby's mom DOCGrad MI
Guest guest
Hanna just wont listen. She clings to the milk door at the grocery store, refuses to leave the first bench she sees at the mall, has a fit getting back into the car, wants to visit every toilet she can find, or wants me to carry her. Ya right! She wont sit in a buggy, and she wont hold hands crossing roads or on parking lots (which has ALWAYS been a rule I don't intend on changing now!!). It's just more trouble than it's worth. I get all stressed out, then I'm mad at her, then she's upset. Sooooooo not worth it! I don't mind a little stubbornness, but a good hours worth of it straight, when shopping for a few things should have taken 15 minutes is just too much!
