Thanks for the site! It recommends that cukes NOT be frozen, but I'm going to try anyway. After all, they'd be whizzed in the VitaMix later, and not used for salads, etc . . Good site, though!em / TN>> Ops, typo. www.stilltasty.com Still Tasty.

Yes, I did this two months ago. I peeled, then sliced english cucumbers into

one inch half moons and put them in a plastic baggie in 1-2 layers. Lay flat in

the freezer. Easy to break apart if you don't do more than 1-2 layers. I use

them in my green smoothies. I don't know about storage time as I don't have

such a large batch. I also don't have much room in my freezer to do the cookie

sheet method.
