Hey Jim!

What an enthusiastic emial. I'm game. I sent you a PEM, as you requested,

them I saw the note about hacres.com. I've visited that site before. I went

again, and read the diet in more detail. As I said...I'm game. Here are

some questions:

1. There is no protein of any kind I am familiar with on the diet. How does

that work?

2. Because I am in the middle of extensive dental work after having

amalgams out I don't do well chewing " hard " things...which most raw veggies

are. So I gravitate toward oatmealish kinds of things. I know I need one of

those things that turns it all to mushy liquid...not a juicer...Vitamix?

Anyone have a used one they don't want anymore and would be willing to sell?

3. He claims he just has barley green in " a little water " in the am.

Doesn't seem to talk much about drinking water. Could you comment on that?

I am totally up for an on-list conversation about this diet. Jack wrote

recently about his raw foods diet, Shayla has written about that also, and

I am interested in some give and take, conversationally and

informationally. Philosphically I do believe in " different strokes for

different folks " based both on the blood type diet and " BioBalance " by

Wiley, in which he finds that people with different baseline blood pH have

extremely different dietary needs. However, based on both of those ideas I

personally would probably do well on a raw foods diet, )much as I love the

comfort of cooked and mushy things). For instance I am finding that quite

amazingly and contrary to what I would have believed I have much more

energy having fruit for breakfast that I did with my yummy eggs and

buckwheat breakfast.

So let's talk! Tell us more, Jim.
