Hey yall..I have joint pain, especiillay knee pain due to worn out cartlidge. I

know Ginger is good for joint pain but wow is it strong and hot. Do yall use

fresh ginger ion your smoothies of crystalized ginger? Any other good herbs and

veggies for sever joint pain? Thanks for your help.

Hi Dave i have found taking cod liver oil (capsules) have really reduced my joint pain. Hi, Dave:

I use about a 1 inch junk most days in my smoothies. There's enough for my

husband and me. It does not overpower the smoothie, at least neither of us

thinks it does.

Additionally, we both have started taking astaxanthin, which a antioxidant

supplement that is supposed to decrease inflamation. You can read about it

online. Some people apparently get a lot of help from it. Additionally, we also

take krill oil.

No recommendations here, just letting you know what we do, and neither of us

has as many aches and pains as we did five years ago. Of course, with the

Vitamix, we're eating better, as well.
