Guest guest
Hi, Dave: I use about a 1 inch junk most days in my smoothies. There's enough for my husband and me. It does not overpower the smoothie, at least neither of us thinks it does. Additionally, we both have started taking astaxanthin, which a antioxidant supplement that is supposed to decrease inflamation. You can read about it online. Some people apparently get a lot of help from it. Additionally, we also take krill oil. No recommendations here, just letting you know what we do, and neither of us has as many aches and pains as we did five years ago. Of course, with the Vitamix, we're eating better, as well. > > Hey yall..I have joint pain, especiillay knee pain due to worn out cartlidge.
