Guest guest
Looks good! Thanks for sharing! -----Original Message----- From: Ross <oldman@...> Not all good vegtables are GREEN. I have naropathy (spelling) in both feet due to diabetes and have discovered the following ingredients in my smoothie all but eliminate the numbness and burning. 1 cup of water 4 ice cubes 1 small raw beet 2 carrots (organic of course) 2 celery stalks 1/2 cucumber 1 small apple 20 or so pitted cherries put im vitamix start on slow spped and walk it up to high after a minute or so. This is a vrgtable juice smoothie that is not GREEN
Guest guest
I also just stumbled upon Trader Joes Beet and Purple Carrot juice - yum. For under $3 I snagged some to freeze into cubes and add into smoothies. Sure beats (pun intended) relying on having beets or carrots on hand (and taking the time to juice if wanted)- especially for the price. I agree - " Not all good vegtables are GREEN " On Mon, Jun 13, 2011 at 2:33 PM, <kareningotham@...> wrote: Looks good! Guest guest
I pit my own ; using a nail driven thru a piece of plywood and a plastic straw on the nail just slightly longer then the nail , it catches the pit and pop’s it out . still makes juice stained fingers.
