I've done this program once about 2 years ago and lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I'm hoping for at least the same results this time b/c I've booked a trip for Club Med for Dec 13th!! I know this program works, so I've decided to do it again...this time until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs! I'm 5 " 5, 202 lbs, and 31 years old (no kids/no husband) and I'm from Vancouver BC.
