Hello,

I am 16 days into BFL and was wondering if any other people had come

across this situation.

To date I have not lost any weight- at least visible on the scale.. i

have been taking weekly pictures and am not noticing a change.. (yet-

fingers crossed)... i know i am eating correctly and working out

correctly. I have also been measuring myself and noticed that some

spots have increased and other descrease very very slightly.

The question is.. to those who have been through the first

challenge.. did this happen to you? and if it did- when did u start

to see results.. and did u have an actual weight loss..

I am reading the posts seeing how people are losing 11 pounds in 7

weeks and so on.. and I look at my results and see nothing..

I think I need some encouragement...
