Haven't met a fruit I didn't like yet except the ugly fruit! I am one who enjoys a lot of exotics. :)

Breakfast Smoothie for son this evening (he works nights)

1 orange, peeled

1 apple

1 banana

splash (about 1/2 cup) of cranberry, orange/mango or pineapple juice

2 heaping scoops of vanilla whey protein

2 cups ice

blend until smooth - makes enough for 1 glass now and a to-go glass, or for 2 ppl if that scenario works. :)
