Need Advice on 6 Yr. Old in School

It has been quite some time since I have posted.. But I would really

like some help with an issue.. (DS) is 6 years old and just

started Kind. in August.. Things are Not going good in school.. She

does Not listen to the Aid.. She will kick and hit the aid. She is Not

listening at all in class.. She will get up and try to roam the room.

She will get Kleenex to just get one.. She will try to lock the

bathroom stall on the aid so the aid can not get to her. also

seems to be exhausted..

has been in school system since was 3. The previous teacher did

not have these issues with . liked to be stubborn with

them.. But they were firm with her and did not let her get away with

things.. They were firm with their voice.. Sometimes she did go to time

out.. But for the most part it was waiting out. They did not

give in..

seems to like time out.. Sometimes in preschool- She would get

the chair on her own and turn it around and sit herself for time out..

I will not make this post too long..

But I could really use some help on this one..
