Guest guest
I've ate Cottage cheese mixed with fruit and tuna. I'm desperately in need of new ways to eat this stuff. CC is excellent protein, but it doesn't seem very versatile. I'd also like new tuna recipes. Thanks Tonya
Guest guest
We just posted a whole bunch of tuna recipes. See the " tuna " posts above. As for cottage cheese, it's very versatile! Besides mixing it with fruit, you can eat it savory, make protein pudding out of it, or add it a high-protein pancake. I also love to nuke yams and top them with cottage cheese blended with Equal and cinnamon.
Guest guest
Someone suggested to me to mix it in with my spaghetti sauce and it is really good. I boil WW tortellini and make my own meat sauce and then stir in cottage cheese for extra protein. Tonya wrote: > I've ate Cottage cheese mixed with fruit and tuna. Blend and cook like crepe Raylen's Snackin' Jello Mixed with salsa and spices on top of baked potato or WW tortilla/pita Just a few ideas.
