Guest guest
I am amused at the kitchen being "yours" because in our marriage (now over 35 years and counting), we had our first "fight" at the commissary over how to cook a roast when husband said, you HAVE to cook any roast in a oven bag. Fortunately we settled that argument (I fix the roast my way and he devours it). Over the years I have collected many gadgets and have no more storage space for new ones ; so we imposed a new rule ten years ago I can’t buy anything new but I can buy replacements as long as something goes I can get a new one.  I have bent this rule a few times and broke it a couple of times.  From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Berry Sent: Thursday, June 02, 2011 3:35 PM Subject: RE: gm all...question re magic bullet OT   YES! Salton sandwich maker. I eventually acquired the pie shell maker and the tart maker as well-still have them all. From: <busresponsible@...> Subject: Re: gm all...question re magic bullet OT To: Date: Thursday, June 2, 2011, 9:35 AM  Have a regular blender and it came with a small food processor, very small but, great for a quick chop and rinse off. I think they might sell small processors somewhere for less than a majic bullet, I don't know     -------Original Message-------  From: obrocp Date: 6/2/2011 9:13:02 AM To: wlmailhtml:/mc/compose?to= Subject: gm all...question re magic bullet OT  hi everyone  i have been drawn lately to the advertisements for the magic bullet...gasp! im looking to my vitamix friends (and gadget friendly types) to weigh in on my getting one. i guess the draw for me is the small containers to chop something quick or make a quick single serving without having to dirty the vitamix. i have the smaller wet container for the vitamix so maybe i should just discipline myself to use that more often.  it is appealing to chop that onion in that small magic bullet cup and and be done. there are a few other things i am drawn to but frankly - i think that just points out to the fact i need to try some new recipes in the vitamix and id be happy. when they promo the mb i saw some new foods or ideas that of course show off the magic bullet but in truth the vm could handle all of that and in bigger quantities if i wanted.  anyhow- off to work but would love you guys to let me know your thoughts. does anyone have the magic bullet btw??  thanks pam    ------------------------------------  Groups Links  <*> To visit your group on the web, go to:    /  <*> Your email settings:    Individual Email | Traditional!  <*> To change settings online go to:    /join    ( ID required)  <*> To change settings via email:    wlmailhtml:/mc/compose?to=-digest    wlmailhtml:/mc/compose?to=-fullfeatured  <*> To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to:    wlmailhtml:/mc/compose?to=-unsubscribe  <*> Your use of is subject to:
