Jack hi Jack, I'm not the right person to answer your question, but i have seen vials of Koch therapy. plus, in that posted article it's called Glyoxilide which implies it's a singular agent. i'm pretty sure it is Nick

Guest guest
...thanks for the offer to talk. I am going to take you up on it. Nick and Jack...I have the book, but no time now to really read it and give info. I will by next week. I think Green also has some business that is keeping him " off line " . I can certainly relay info from the book, but in terms of availability and legality, we will have to wait for Green and/or Freibott. Nick... " woman all the way " eh? You must be quite perceptive...everyone thought (assumed) I was a man for months. And I did play along...got to be " one of the guys " . I think eveyone should have such an easy opportunity to experience being the other gender. It was very interesting.... V.
Guest guest
Dear Green, Thank you for that clear and succinct description of Koch therapy. I understand Koch was severely persecuted by the FDA. Can you supply the details? Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman, DCh URL: http://www.plasmafire.com email: saul@... Re: Koch? > > What is Koch? Guest guest
Saul, unfortunately, when that information was available in my work place, I was too busy with other things to concentrate on it. However, lin has given us an excellent website reference with this information and more. It provides a wealth of information on Dr. Koch and Koch therapy. http://www.williamfkoch.com/ Green PS -- Please note my misspelling of glyoxylide in my previous post -- I think we can take the correct spelling on authority of the Koch family. ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^ Dear Green, Thank you for that clear and succinct description of Koch therapy. Guest guest
~OXYGEN TOXICITY ~ Changes in the Electrical Activity of the Brain and Seizures. By: K.K. JAIN " Epilepsy has been listed as a contraindication for using HBO therapy. This is based on the ASSUMPTION that oxygen is liable to precipitate a seizure in an epileptic patient and such an event in a chamber might me detrimental to a patient. Seizures in epileptic patients are rare during HBO where pressures are less than 2 ATA are used. Oxygen-induced seizures are not a contraindication for further HBO. Further HBO treatments may be carried out at lower pressures and shorter exposures. Anticonvulsant medications are usually not indicated, but may be used. The question therefore still arises: is HBO really dangerous for an epileptic? if epilepsy is concluded in the contraindications for HBO, patients with head injuries and strokes who happen to have seizures would be deprived of the benefit of HBO therapy. The mechanism of epilepsy in such patients is different from that of an oxygen-induced convulsion. It has been shown that EEG abnormalities in stroke patients improve with HBO treatment. It is possible that HBO may abort a seizure from a focus with circulatory and metabolic disturbances by correcting these abnormalities. Seizures are extremely rare and no more than a chance occurrence during HBO sessions at pressures between 1.5 and 2 ATA ven in patients with a history of epilepsy. " - Hyperbaric Medicine. p. 75-76. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PROTECTION AGAINST OXYGEN TOXICITY Various agents and measures for prevention or treatment of oxygen toxicity are mostly experimental. The most promising agents are antioxidants and minerals, many of which are derived from whole foods: Vit. A - Helps to protect the cells of the lungs. Vit. B Complex - Bananas have serotonin which is a neurotransmitter and B6 which prevents brain damage and helps to control Polyneuritis and Epilepsy; and is a help to those with Autism, Hyperactivity, brain damage and Learning disability Vit. C. - Extremely important for the brain. It enhances synthesis of key neurotransmitters. Vit. E. - An antiflamatory protector of the membranes; restores damaged neurotransmitter receptors; fights degenerative brain disease, memory loss and senility; and protects the heart. Vit. E deficiency may enhance oxygen toxicity. Magnesium - In a state of epilepsy there is a deficiency of Mg in the blood. A 50 year old lady who had epilepsy began to take Mg with her medication, as a result she had no more of petite mal or grand mal seizures. She also took Vit. B, C, and E. Mg also helps to protect the heart and kidneys. Mg helps with muscle movement, Respiration, and mental processes. Twitching, Irritability and Nervous fatigue. Selenium - A vital antioxidant, especially when combined with Vit. E. It protects the immune system by preventing the formation of free radicals, which can damage the body. Coenzyme Q10 - A neuroprotective energy-enhancer. Niacinamide (B3) - Helps to manufacture neurotransmitters including GABA. Proper rest and sleep is very essential to good health.
