However, we always need to make sure both of her 'peaches' are covered or she leaks too. Maybe when she falls asleep, take a peek that the pull ups are still centered?? Just a thot. I am using the Huggies Overnights, but Myah leaks out every night. The hard part is that she is only 40 pounds or I could use an adult pull up. Thanks, What about putting a pair of training pants on her underneath the overnights? Just a thought. Guest guest
Have you tried using a liner too? They are in the diaper section, you may not have noticed them. Guest guest
Yeah, I looked at those yesterday, but she is all over the bed, top, bottom, across, legs hanging off...lol I was just thinking that maybe the ones I have a leaking because they are too big. They are for 38-65# and at 40 she is at the low end. They go on OK, but once they get wet maybe that's causing a problem. That's as small as they come and the Pull up version I could only fine to 4T. Really she is 5T...hmmm. Thank, Spilios Night time pull ups > Does anyone have any night time pull ups that work well for you? I am > using the Huggies Overnights, but Myah leaks out every night. Guest guest
I find the huggies to be one of the worse brands for leakage. Which is ironic because they are some of the most expensive. I have found the best pull up is the CVS brand. They have been the best diaper I have ever used. I really had to do allot of research because not only does Phoebe have Ds but she has cystic fibrosis as well. The cf really does a number for bowel movements. (Graphic content coming up.) Cf kids have greasy, runny, smelly, stools. Another brand that is good, although they do not make pull ups, is Luvs brand. Luvs have not ever leaked for us. Guest guest
I found the Curity Sleeppants brand (pull ups) worked well for . He is tiny as well, just hit the 40lb mark at 71/2 yrs old but these were snug on his skinny legs! He never leaked. Guest guest
Why are you using pullups? Is she getting up to toilet herself during the night? If you need to use pull ups can you put plastic pants over them? My 4 yr old is not waking up during the night to toilet and we have him in size 6 diapers at night. When he starts to consistently stay dry we'll switch to pull ups. But in the past, with others, I have put plastic pants over them. In fact, my 15 month old wears plastic pants over her diaper at night time because she leaks through otherwise.
Guest guest
No, she does not get up to go to the bathroom at night. She sleeps like a rock, yet a restless, moving rock...lol She's almost 7 so diapers aren't really her favorite thing. I think she likes that she can put on and operate her own pull up. Thanks, Spilios Re: Night time pull ups Why are you using pullups? Is she getting up to toilet herself during the night? If you need to use pull ups can you put plastic pants over them?
