week one over

Hi everyone,

I made it through week one and feel fantastic. It's been such a

great help to read how others are doing and it keeps me

motivated.

I wish there were more people here in Australia doing it as I think

it would be wonderful to meet up in a group once a month or so.

I'm planning to not weigh or measure on a weekly basis but on

every fourth week. I can't see any changes as yet but don't expect

to. It's a little hard though as I had a background of bulimia and a

doctor once said to me that the problem with that is.. alot of us

still see ourselves as fat even when the changes are evident. I'm

going to try my hardest to not be hard on myself and keep

focused.

it's my birthday tomorrow (Tues 24th Sept) so I'm planning to

have an extra cheat day just so I don't feel guilty about anything I

do.

I just had to share my excitement with you all that I made it

through what is usually the hardest time.. week 1.

Thank you so much to those who have encouraged me so far. I

really appreciate it.
