You have a pasta press for the Bosch Compact or the Bosch Universal?

I have the meat grinder attachment for the Bosch-and the food processor. Since I don't eat meat, I only bought the grinder attachment because it is needed to run the pasta press...which I also have. Just no Bosch to attach them to, I SOLD the meat grinder and food processor attachments for the Kitchenaid, which sits looking pretty, but rarely gets used, but HEY, it's RED! , ROFLMAO!

This is the one I have:

http://www.amazon.com/Marcato-8308-Atlas-Grain-Mill/dp/B000UV492E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=home-garden & qid=1306950909 & sr=8-1

It rolls the grain into flakes.

I do indeed! It has a series of plates that make different shapes of pasta. It attaches to the meat grinder. I was planning to list it on ebay, but let me know if you are interested in it. I have offered first dibs on any attachments I have, but you can throw your name in the hat, if you like. Then again, I might just need another Bosch.... (just kidding, I think, lol)

Here is a page comparing grain mills by a well known provider of

preparedness foods.

http://waltonfeed.com/blog/show/article_id/213

They say the Country Living Mill is the best.

I think this has come up before but for the ultra-serious home

be the ne plus ultra of home mills (although nowhere near as

cute as the KoMo Fidubus): http://www.retsel.com/ (Bren, they

There was a time when I couldn't even have things in the house, but since I cook mostly outside in my solar oven, no worries. Also doing home allergy treatments reduced my reactions, which has been a Godsend. I often wonder what the neighbors must think when they see me wearing a mask and gloves, and cooking in a big box in the garden, Pretty bad when you have to harvest things suited up like a beekeeper, lol.

Worry not-my daughter will be sponsoring the enablers in the meeting room next door. We have snacks for them too. I am slowly converting my daughter from enabler to full on addict...oh, the shame!

This is

the one I

have:

It rolls

the grain into

flakes.

You are assuming they know you are actually cooking in that box? You

could be doing something else. I mean, there is no smoke involved.

LOL

How do you do home allergy treatment? Do you mean serum you get at

doctor and give at home? I did the go to doctors office several

times a week for shots waste of time thingy for a bit over a decade,

then finally said, enough is enough with the $20 a shot copay.

I am interested in more information on figuring out what one is

sensitive to and what to give up first in way of food items.

My solar oven is the talk of the neighborhood, lol. Allergy shots are a JOKE...and dangerous!!! I had amazing success with AAT treatment, but the cost was exorbitant! I now do it at home, myself, with only a one time cost-and it works. I have eliminated many allergies, and seriously reduced others. I still have a long way to go, with my immune system being as compromised as it was from lupus and leukemia, but I am making amazing progress-WAY better than I was 2 years ago! Here is info on the home allergy kit:http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?af=1239081--- On Wed, 6/1/11, Velda <solomon@...> wrote:From: Velda <solomon@...>Subject:
