Guest guest
I have such a sweet and generous hubby! He is such a sharing soul...so much so that he decided to share a head cold with me this weekend. I just mixed up a new drink for us to try to fight this thing off. 1 cup of raw apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp local raw honey1 tbsp minced garlic2 cups of water1 peeled lemonjust threw it all in the vitamix and whizzed it all up, divided it in half and we each had a glass...not too bad. Pray it works! ~Davinnna
Guest guest
Feel better, Davinna and hubby!! Next time, throw a couple of drops of grapefruit seed extract in that drink for an extra boost. And tell hubby he need not be QUITE so generous in the future! > > I have such a sweet and generous hubby! Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I hope your smoothie helps you get over your cold Velma. I live in downtown Loomis and my veggie garden is producing peppers and zucchini in 4 " pots that are inside my house near a glass door. Since I still work, I haven't been able to get the garden planted outside on the weekends due to the weather. One day it will happen...Eileen > > > I actually have 1 grapefruit left in the house...thinking > > about mixing up > > > another drink and adding that...LOL! Guest guest
What doesn't kill you will cure you. However, I still swear by my olive leaf extract and zinc combo. All those ingredients sound great for colds too. Have also heard that cayenne pepper is good, but personally have no experience with it. Feel better. > > I have such a sweet and generous hubby!
