Hi, everyone! Just starting out here - and excited about the BFL

program! I look forward to getting to know you and sharing info.

I did the LBWO yesterday and got 5 meals in and all my water - and I

did the HIIT cardio today and have my meals planned for the day...

I've been recently diagnosed with diabetes - so most of the

supplements I won't be able to take but hopefully that won't impede

my success...

Mel You will do great!!!

Supplements can speed success but without them you can still achieve

awesome results. Also, you can't take supplements forever so starting

the natural way will really help you learn how to eat right for a

lifetime, not just for the 12 wks. Congrats on week 2!
