Those are both terrible stories, le. No wonder you feel depressed.

You wonder why bad things happen to such good innocent people. Just be a

good friend to them. They could use the same wisdom and support you always

give us here.

,

I told a friend of mine, who also makes toileries here in Anchorage, about

you. She said there is an Elist just for Alaska soapers and they all get

together in person once a year. She said it will be Spetember this year.

Cool, huh?

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to you and your husband for living

the life of service. { I am sure it is as much of a sacrifice for you

to " let " him go} No matter what anyone thinks politically, we must stand

behind our service men and women and thank them for keeping us safe. So

thanks again and I hope this seperation will not effect your

health.

Thinking of you.

I could be wrong, but I do believe that our who does so

much for this group, and keeps track of everything on our

site etc. left it like this for a little while after posting the pictures

of her hubby. It's kind of fun to send flowers, etc. but, she will

probably be changing it back soon due to the fact that there is

more of a chance of a "virus" getting through. Now, I could be

totally wrong here, but that's what I "think" it is.

Hi !

Queenie sends her best, I'm sure!

I have family in and around Toronto and we spent some time traveling

around Ontario a couple of years ago. FANTASTIC countryside. We went to

Algonquin (?) Nat Park, in search of moose, but the combined sounds of

a family of 5 scared away most wild life. Then spent some time on the

banks of Lake Michigan, making camp fires and trying not to freeze to

death. It was late October. Even thought about trying to emigrate....

who knows.

Keep warm!

Love

N0! Absolutely NOT! What! Is this OT nuts? O.K. first decide what

is appropriate, say 1 hr per week (back it up with private

recommendations and targeted behaviors and how those behaviors

interfere with education). Then get the reevaluation. Then sign

the IEP with the desired amount of OT documented. Then check to

make sure ds is getting the OT. You have a major positive on your

side -- a teacher who has your ds's best interests at heart. Be

careful about sharing how you get your inside information. You

don't want to put your best ally at risk.

Yeah, the teacher asked me not to mention her to the head of SE when I called. She said "Then she will think that I put you up to it, which I did." I told her that actually she didn't because it had been bothering me since I read the report, I just didn't know that I could do anything about it. This is my first year with this and I am still learning the tricks of the trade. And yes, I am very lucky to have her as Tyler's teacher. She is the reason that we moved. When we first started getting Tyler into the special education pre-k we went to his school that he is in now. We then found out that we lived just over the county line. (Our road was pretty much the county line). We didn't know this because at the time we were renting and they didn't ever mention it. We'll we met the teachers at the school in the other county. I wasn't real impressed. I decided then, as much as I hate it, we were going to have to move. Luckily things worked out great with the moving. And my son goes to a school were his teachers really and truly care about him. Thanks so much for your info. Like I said we are still new and still trying to learn what I can ask for and what they have to give me.

If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart!
