Excellent-pts with PA rarely have severe retianl artery disease. Likely related to the lowered renin.

Dr Grim, in your travels in the research world, is there anything to

your knowledge on the research-for-treatment hopper on this arterial

sight problem? HTN pts with 10 or more years undiagnosed/untreated

often have the worsening eyesight (if they haen't had a stroke, as my

best friend did for that reason--unawareness). Like alzheimer's work

on proteins, I thought something on arterial suppleness might be in the

works?
