I had a package of coconut flakes (used for baking) that I wanted to start using up and also some canned pineapple in its own juice. Added 2 carrots, an apple, 2 celery stalks, some water and some frozen red grapes. It was wonderful. I think I went a bit heavy on the coconut, but it was so good.
