Guest guest Posted September 5, 2002 Report Share Posted September 5, 2002 I'm sure allot of you gals here are like me. Every morning I get on that darn scale. If the number is down, I feel great, if it has gone up I feel like crap. How do you break the cycle of getting on it every day? I take measurements which help me greatly, and they haven't gone up for almost a year now, but even with that, I have to stop myself from doing it almost every day too.
