I'm in my 5th week of c1 and I'm confused about my numbers. I

understand not to go by scale weight. But my body fat percentage

hasn't really changed, but my pants are looser on me. I'm confused

that the numbers aren't really showing results. I did lose a few

pounds the first couple weeks.

I have been really good with both diet and workout. The only thing

I've done that is not authorized is have a small amount of butter and

sour cream on baked potato and I hate flour tortillas of any kind, so

I do use corn tortillas. Is this enough to skew my results terribly?

I feel really good-I have never in my life eaten healthy and I've

never been able to control my food. I'm an emotional eater. I feel

like I've had major victory in life with this program.

Also someone really scared me with a message a while ago that said

the free day can kill results. Is this true or did I misunderstand

it? Free day really helps me get through this program.

Please lend any words of advice.
